SIZING:

Do not hesitate to contact us regarding sizing. 

For our ECO.COUTURE line - sizing chart coming soon 

For our ECO.BABY & KIDS line are sizing has generous margins ie: size 3-6, because the garments can go for instance from being a dress to being a jumper or tunic. So a lot of the garments have room to grow.

For our FINE JEWELLERY line we give length measurements and ring sizes.

PLEASE NOTE:  WE ALSO DO CUSTOM ORDER PIECES.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER:

1.  Browse through SHOP COLLECTION by clicking on the ECO.COUTURE WOMEN, ECO.KIDS & BABY, or FINE JEWELLERY to choose a category and the items you would like to purchase.

2.  Once you are on the desired item, choose from the drop down options that present themselves (if there are choices with your item) and click ADD TO CART.

3.  To continue viewing more items, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.  Otherwise click VIEW OR EDIT YOUR CART to show the summary of your order or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT if you are done shopping for today.

4.  You can add or remove items in your cart by either entering in a new value in the quantity text field and then clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING or clicking on REMOVE from the shopping cart section.  If changes are made, click UPDATE CART and the new information will be displayed.

5.  To complete your transaction, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT which will take you to SECURE CHECKOUT to fill out our customer profile form with your ACCOUNT DETAILS, BILLING & SHIPPING DETAILS, SHIPPING METHOD and finally to ORDER CONFIRMATION page.

6.  Once you review the contents of your order, you can add comments if you wish and then click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.  That link with take you to our PayPal account: Hold Your Ground - eco.couture & fine jewellery - ayla@holdyourground.ca to complete your transaction.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

If you want to complete your order on-line, our checkout will link you to PayPal to do so.  We also take VISA & MASTERCARD but you need to contact us to complete the transaction 1.250.538.0963. or by email.

 

WHAT ABOUT TAX?

For orders in CANADA, we are required to charge GST on all shipments and HST in BC. For orders within the US, no additional sales taxes are charged.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number that can be traced with the link for Canada Post.  If for some reason you have not received email confirmation, please contact us. 

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER

If you have not yet received confirmation that your order has been shipped, you may change your order by contacting us.  If the order has been shipped you will need to return the item as set out in the Returns procedure.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

We ship to any location in the world.  We have have flat rate per order shipping rates:

IN CANADA: 20.00

IN US: 25.00

ALL OTHER LOCATIONS: 30.00

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt and payment of the order has been processed.

All orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to brokerage charges and import duty as charged by your country.  We have no control over these charges.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your chosen item was not quite right for you or yours, please return it within these guidelines.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving merchandise and shipped to us within 7 days of return approval.  

All merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unlaundered or unaltered. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we have the right to deny a return/exchange if the items do not meet these return guidelines.

 

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED?

If within the 7 day period you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us @ 1.250.538.0963 or email us providing us with details of the reason for the  return along with the original invoice number issued to you. 

Once approved for return, pack up the items, in the original condition, unlaundered, unaltered and with all tags attached as received. Ensure the package is securely sealed and send the package pre-paid and insured to:

We are not responsible for the merchandise until it is received. Once it is received we will process the credit through the same form of payment as was originally used. We will process the return as quickly as possible but please allow up 7 business days for the credit to actually appear on your statement.
